The ChefConnect conferences are part of ACF’s Signature Series, which provides educational and networking opportunities for culinary industry professionals and students. The conferences cover the latest culinary trends and techniques on topics such as ethnic cuisine, healthy cooking, pastry and baking and regional cuisine. In 2015, more than 800 chefs, cooks and foodservice professionals attended the ChefConnect events held in Baltimore and Indianapolis.
